complexRE completes 200.000 sqm land plot sale to Accolade in Chomutov

complexRE represented 2 foreign owners and helped them successfully sell land plot of 200.000 m2. The plot was acquired by a strong logistic/industrial investor, Accolade. complexRE also assisted in the difficult permitting process. The plot is ideal for the development of A-class industrial and logistic premises. Sufficient workforce should be available as it is located south of Chomutov, near to the exit of D7 Prague, Chemnitz highway.

There are two fully permitted warehouses with a size of 25.539 m2 and 40.659 m2 withclear height of 12,5 meters and 10 meters, which will be delivered in one year time.
