Aleš Zacha appointeds Head of Development at P3 Czech Republic

Aleš Zacha has been appointed Head of Development after a year and a half working at P3. "I am very happy to be able to entrust Aleš Zach with the management of the development. I appreciate his comprehensive and systematic approach to projects, which was also confirmed in the case of preparations for our unique park in Ostrava. I wish Aleš much success and I am very much looking forward to cooperating in the new setting," says Tomáš Míček, P3 Director for the Czech Republic.

In his new role, Aleš Zacha is responsible for coordinating and managing rental transactions, where the ideas of project managers, the relevant state administration bodies, the general contractor and, of course, the future tenant meet. Current challenges include the development of the P3 Ostrava Central, P3 Plzeň Myslinka, P3 Lovosice parks, as well as the search for new locations. "I've always enjoyed being at the birth of something new, where the potential slowly turns into a plan and later into a reality. I humbly thank all colleagues from P3 for this opportunity and the trust shown," said Aleš Zacha.

Aleš Zacha began his professional career with an engineering degree in economics as a tax advisor at Deloitte. After a few years and a professional break, however, he decided to completely change his field and switch to industrial real estate. “It may not seem like it, but industrial commercial real estate is a very inspiring field. It is an endless well of experience and meetings with amazing and interesting people from various fields, and, importantly, with decision-making powers. After all, companies in this area make strategic investment decisions in units of up to tens of millions of euros, ”says Aleš Zacha. From 2013 he gained experience as an agent at CBRE, later as a manager at Panattoni. He joined P3 in June 2020 as Senior Leasing and Development Manager and since December 2021 he has been Head of Development P3 in the Czech Republic.
