Archicom has bought property in Warsaw from Ghelamco Group for a net price of PLN 55 million

Archicom has bought from Ghelamco Postępu, a Ghelaco Group company, the perpetual usufruct right to a plot of land, the ownership of office buildings located on it and, among other things, the rights from lease agreements for space located on the property in Warsaw for PLN 55 million net, the company said.

The conclusion of the agreement is in line with the issuer's investment policy and is aimed at developing the issuer's activities on the residential real estate market in Warsaw, it was announced.
