Art-Invest Real Estate has acquired the Holiday Inn Express in Fürth city centre from RMA Real Estate Management. The hotel, which was developedby RMAin 2023, is located directly adjacent to the Stadthalle Fürth and comprises 149 rooms and a conference area spread over four upper floors. The hotel has been successfully operatedby Tristar GmbH under a long-term lease agreement under the Holiday Inn Expressbrand since 2023.

Thanks to its central location, good accessibility and large catchment area, the hotel benefits from various demand generators. Dr Peter Ebertz, Managing Director at Art-Invest Real Estate, comments on the acquisition: "We are delighted with another hotel acquisition for our diversified hotel portfolio. The HIEX in Fürth is characterised by its optimal location and will therefore be attractive to many demand groups. The long-term lease agreement with the established Tristar GmbH guarantees a professional hotel operation that will be a pleasure for everyone involved."

The property was acquired for the core budget hotel fund, for which further acquisitions are being planned. "We assume that the transaction activity for hotel investments will increase again in the second half of the year and are pleased to be an active driver of this," adds Ebertz.

Art-Invest Real Estate was legally advised by the law firm HYAZINTH, technically by Witte Projektmanagement and commercially by Hotour Hotel Consulting. The RMA was supported by ROTTHEGE Rechtsanwälte. The transaction was brokered by BNP Paribas Real Estate.
