ATAL, a nationwide developer, is building the tallest residential building in southern Poland at Olimpijska Street in Katowice. It will measure 128 meters and have 35 floors. Its construction has already reached the 5th floor. The fastest buyers are finding three-room apartments and high-rise apartments.

"We have planned to erect three floors per month in our Katowice high-rise. So the symbolic topping out on it should appear around September next year," says Angelika Kliś, ATAL board member.

The execution of the construction work of the core of the tallest building is carried out using the self-lifting formwork system. This is a very efficient system, while at the same time guaranteeing the highest standards of quality and safety of the works carried out. In the lower parts of the building masonry and installation works are already underway. The neighboring building "A" is also "coming to the surface of the area," where work on the construction of the underground part is coming to an end, - in-forms Marek Thorz, PR manager of ATAL.

Building "A" is one of two 18-story skyscrapers comprising the investment. Indeed, the ATAL Olimpijska project envisages the construction of 710 apartments in three apartment buildings, with the aforementioned skyscraper dominating. Its attractive culmination will be a viewing terrace, with an impressive view of the Katowice skyline and even the mountains.

This, among other reasons, is the reason for the huge interest in apartments on the top floors. Many
of them, including the largest ones, have already been sold or reserved.

"The project is very popular, as it is full of modern solutions and unique in many respects: location, class of materials used or functionality. The apartments in it also have great potential in terms of investment. Therefore, it's no wonder that they are a product sought after by investors and people who want to protect their capital from the impact of inflation through purchase," explains Angelika Kliś, member of ATAL's management board.

Construction work on ATAL Olimpijska began in December 2021. Completion of two of the three buildings is scheduled for Q3. 2025 r.
