Ceetrus, the real estate division of the Mulliez Family Association, which also owns Auchan, Leroy Merlin or Decathlon, merges with Nodi, less than three years after the change of identity. The new company, Nhood, has big investment plans in real estate and wants to focus on urban regeneration projects. EUR 1 billion is the budget allocated for investments in nine countries, including Romania, by 2023.

Etienne Dupuy has been appointed CEO of Nhood and is responsible for coordinating and implementing the management and investment strategy.
