Cemacon Cluj closed the first 9 months of 2022 with a turnover of RON 178 million

The manufacturer of construction materials Cemacon Cluj, controlled by the Pavăl brothers, closed the first nine months of 2022 with a turnover of RON 178 million, up 34 percent, and a profit of RON 61, 2 million, 45 percent higher than in the similar period of 2021.

"The financial results of are maintained on an upward trend at the end of the 3rd quarter, despite the pressures on the energy market and the regional geopolitical instability. The management strategy that prioritized the energy independence of the company proves its feasibility in this complex context. We are still working on accessing renewable energies, being on schedule with the implementation of the "CEMACON Green Energy Farm" project, which provides for the construction of a photovoltaic plant with a power of 1,000 kWp, with the help of which, in correlation with the other investments already completed, it will be fully covered electricity consumption during the day at the level of the Recea factory, during the periods with appropriate solar energy," said Daniel Šologon, General Director and President of the Board of Directors.
