Cometex sold Bucovina shopping center in Suceava to businessman Andrei Mandachi

Cometex, real estate developer of retail parks, part of the Altex group, completed the sale of the Bucovina commercial complex in Suceava to the businessman Andrei Mandachi, the value of the transaction being EUR 7 million.

Cometex has owned the commercial property for over 15 years. The Bucovina shopping center has 4 floors and a leasable area of approximately 8,000 sqm.

"This is a transaction between two Romanian entrepreneurs, for the benefit of the local community. We are pleased to hand over the baton to a well-known local investor.
