The construction of the Brama Jury shopping center in Zawiercie, part of the Master Management Group’s portfolio, is advancing as planned, with the commercialization of the facility already underway. This modern development, situated in the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland, will blend a traditional shopping gallery and retail park with a four-screen cinema and a large grocery store. The opening is anticipated in the second half of 2025.

Currently, construction teams are focusing on foundational work, including the installation of sanitary networks and drainage systems, as they begin to elevate the structure. Key tasks such as soil stabilization, embankments, and excavations are progressing well. Significant progress has been made on the reinforced concrete foundations and footings, while work on the external sanitary networks has also commenced. The drainage of the slope has been completed, and the main structure of the roofing has been ordered. According to engineers overseeing the project, the facility’s retail park and grocery store sections are rapidly taking shape, with the shopping mall and cinema areas expected to reach similar stages soon. More subcontractor teams are joining the project, bringing the total number of workers on-site to nearly 180 during peak construction.

“Construction is moving forward according to schedule, with material deliveries on time, enabling us to maximize the efficiency of all teams involved in the project,” said Marek Borowski, Technical Coordinator at Master Management Group. “Industry inspectors are conducting regular acceptances, and so far, we have not encountered any significant obstacles.”

Brama Jury is being developed in line with the highest standards of sustainable development, with efforts underway to achieve BREEAM certification during the construction phase. The facility will feature 16,200 square meters of retail space, including 40 stores offering fashion, accessories, footwear, sports equipment, home products, and electronics, as well as restaurants and cafes. Master Management Group is directly handling the leasing of the property.

Located in a prime spot for both residents and tourists, the shopping center is situated near the main communication artery of Zawiercie, connecting to the city’s bypass and the A1 motorway via the popular national road No. 78 in Silesia. The site is also close to a roundabout leading to Katowice, Częstochowa, and the center of Zawiercie, as well as a McDonald’s, a petrol station, and a local economic zone. A parking facility for 517 cars will be available on-site.

The general contractor for the project is SPEC BAU Polska, while the architectural concept was designed by APA Via studio from Łódź.
