CTP appoints Jovan Radosavljevic as Managing Director for Romania
CTP has announced the appointment of Jovan Radosavljevic as its new Managing Director for Romania. This move marks a significant development in CTP’s strategic growth in one of its key markets.
Radosavljevic will oversee the company’s continued expansion in Romania, which is CTP’s second-largest market in Central and Eastern Europe. He will manage the company’s impressive 3.9 million square meter portfolio of modern, sustainable logistics facilities across the country. This portfolio serves a variety of multinational businesses spanning sectors from retail to technology. With a 3.9 million square meter landbank earmarked for future developments, CTP is poised to continue its growth under Radosavljevic’s leadership, as demand for Romania’s cost-effective real estate solutions grows. Romania’s competitive advantages, such as its location within the EU and its strong logistical infrastructure, continue to attract international businesses.
Radosavljevic brings with him a wealth of experience, having spent 26 years at a major multinational beverage company. His extensive resume includes six years as the Head of Operations in Romania, as well as senior roles like the Managing Sales Director for Romania and General Manager in North Macedonia. Known for his successful strategic initiatives and focus on sustainability, Radosavljevic has been a key figure in driving high performance and long-term growth across the companies he has worked with.
CTP Group CEO Remon Vos expressed his enthusiasm over the new appointment, stating, “Bringing Jovan on board as our new MD for Romania is a great success and a significant step for CTP. We are excited that he has chosen to continue his professional development with us and support our growth in this rapidly expanding market. I am confident that his leadership and passion will drive our continued success.”
Radosavljevic himself spoke of his eagerness for the new role, emphasizing his commitment to further expanding CTP’s presence in Romania. “I am excited for a new challenge at CTP, a company known for its innovative approach to real estate development,” he said. “I look forward to working with our teams to provide world-class spaces for businesses and help them expand their operations here in Romania.”
As CTP continues its drive to meet growing demand for sustainable, innovative logistics solutions, Radosavljevic’s appointment is expected to play a pivotal role in its ongoing success across the Romanian market.
