Dariusz Kafara joins CPIPG Poland as leasing Manager

CPI Property Group (CPIPG), owner of commercial real estate in the Czech Republic, Berlin and the CEE region, is expanding its retail leasing department with more employees. Dariusz Kafara has become the new Leasing Manager.

Dariusz Kafara is a leasing manager and property manager with more than 15 years of experience in the industry, gained both on the landlord and tenant side. For 7 years he worked for Neinver Poland, where he was recently responsible for the commercialization processes of the entire portfolio - 5 Factory centers and Retail Park Futura Krakow, with a total area of 100 thousand sqm GLA. Previously, as Deputy Center Manager, he was responsible for the comprehensive management of one of Neinver Polska's facilities and served as Retail Specialist, and before that as Tenant Coordinator. For 8 years, until 2016, he worked as a store manager for Mountain Warehouse, Salewa Outlet Store and 4F, among others. He is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and a Licensed Property Manager (Polish Real Estate Market Federation License No. 28473).
At the Warsaw branch of CPI Property Group, he is responsible for maintaining the maximum level of commercialization in two retail park chains from the group's portfolio - CityMarket and STOP SHOP. CPIPG currently manages 23 facilities in Poland, located in 20 regional cities. The portfolio consists of two retail park chains - STOP SHOP (11 facilities) and CityMarket (6 facilities), a chain of 4 Vivo! shopping centers, two independent shopping malls and commercial space in Warsaw office buildings. The total area of the facilities is more than 272,000 sqm, and their value exceeds EUR 430 million.
