Israeli investor David Hay has put up for sale a recently authorized 840-apartment project in the Bucharest neighbourhood of Titan. The businessman is also willing to enter into a partnership with a real estate developer for the project.

David Hay and his father, own over 2 hectares of land where they have authorized a 10-storey apartment complex with 840 apartments planned. The project is planned to be developed in blocks of 240 apartments, and includes a commercial space of about 2,000 sqm on the ground floor. The investor is currently negotiating with a food retailer to lease the commercial space.

Immediately after obtaining planning permission, Hay put the residential project up for sale. If he does not find a buyer, he is willing to start developing the complex in a joint venture partnership.
