EQUS has announced that its EQUS Park Lovosice project has officially received a building permit, paving the way for construction to begin. The new development will offer 25,164 square meters of built-up space and includes the potential for a railway spur, catering to the specific needs of future tenants.

The project is set to achieve BREEAM “Very Good” certification, emphasizing sustainability and tenant-focused customization (Built-to-Suit). Tenants can expect to move into the space within five months of contract signing, with the first available spaces anticipated by early 2025.

Strategically located just 30 minutes from Prague, EQUS Park Lovosice offers fast access to the D8 motorway, thanks to its position near a major roundabout. The area is also known for its abundant workforce, making it an attractive option for companies seeking efficient and sustainable solutions.

Tomáš Míček, CEO of EQUS, expressed his satisfaction with the progress, stating, “With the building permit secured, we are excited to move forward with EQUS Park Lovosice. This project will provide innovative and efficient solutions for businesses in a prime location with excellent transport links. We look forward to welcoming new tenants and contributing to the economic growth of the region.”
