Panattoni takes on another development for ESA Logistika in the Radzymin area. One of the leading logistics operators in the CEE region is to take up 30,000 sqm from the beginning of 2023.

Panattoni has delivered around 2 mln sqm in the Warsaw region and Panattoni Park Warsaw North is yet another large-area facility under construction near the capital. The three-building complex is being developed in the town of Radzymin and eventually will comprise an area of 87,000 sqm. ESA Logistika, a logistics operator highly active in the CEE region, has leased around 30,000 sqm with an option for further expansion. The location is of strategic importance due to the nature of the client’s operations, the needs of which will now be served from this centre. The facility’s location allows for distribution operations both in Warsaw and to the east of the city.

“ESA Logistika has already leased 5,000 sqm from us in Panattoni Park Radzymin II, and it has also signed a contract with us for a development in Konotopa. By providing modern industrial space, we are supporting the operator’s growth in the Warsaw region, a strategic point for logistics in Poland,” says Marek Dobrzycki, Managing Director from Panattoni before adding: “The logistics sector has been one of most active in terms of industrial space demand over the last three months and it is Panattoni’s task to provide an appropriate supply. Panattoni Park Warsaw North II is an important step in this direction.”

Panattoni Park Warsaw North II is located next to the Radzymin Południe junction on the S8 expressway. It provides a superb connection to Białystok and Wrocław as well as to the centre of Warsaw around 30 minutes away. Being close to Warsaw is a major asset when it comes to attracting skilled labour.

From Warsaw to Poznań. In addition to the Warsaw development, Panattoni has also delivered 50,000 sqm to ESA Logistika near Poznań, where the company provides services to one of the largest producers of tyres in the world. Due to the nature of the goods stored in the Poznań facility, Panattoni has adapted the centre to meet more stringent fire safety standards and divided the space into two areas with REI 240 walls. Additionally, in order to improve worker safety during loading and unloading operations, the developer has added a gutter to the external docking area.
