Fashion House Group starts construction of its second phase of Cernica outlet
Fashion House Group started the construction works of the second phase of Fashion House Pallady, which will open its doors in the third quarter of 2024, located on the Autostrada Soarelui, at km 15, Cernica exit.
The expansion project will cover an area of 5,727 sqm, 53 percent of which is already leased, and will benefit from the presence of brands such as Guess, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Under Armour and Sport Vision.
Fashion House Pallady currently operates on 7,954 sqm, with Phase 1 housing dozens of shops, restaurants, cafes and a children's play area.
