The historic West Printing House in Oradea is being demolished to make room for a new residential complex, marking a significant transformation of the 8,900 square meter site. The project, led by the Company of Residential Construction AG, part of the Prima real estate group owned by Kopany Ștefan, will see the construction of nearly 400 apartments.

The development will feature two apartment blocks, one with 8 floors and the other with 11 floors. The complex will include 120 two-room apartments, 68 two-room apartments with an office, and 26 three-room apartments. Additionally, 470 parking spaces will be provided in the basement to accommodate residents.

Demolition permits for the old printing house have already been secured, clearing the way for the new construction. The project reflects the growing demand for modern residential housing in Oradea and highlights the city’s ongoing urban development.
