Genesis Property gets involved in society and donates over €70,000 in December to support children and families in vulnerable communities.

Genesis Property, one of Romania's leading Class A office developers, is getting involved in supporting the community and is donating over €70,000 in December to support 15 non-governmental organisations and over 250 children and families from disadvantaged communities. Genesis Property thus supports initiatives developed by NGOs in Romania by bringing joy to vulnerable children and people with disabilities during the holiday season, supporting the needs of children in community centers throughout 2023 or helping to facilitate access to education as part of the mission to create a better future in society.

In partnership with Ana and Children Association, Genesis Property took care of 10 children from Ana and Children Community Center throughout 2023, supporting monthly expenses for their basic needs and education, and contributed to the purchase of winter clothes for 50 underprivileged children from Urlați Community Center in Prahova County. At the same time, together with the Association for the Support of Physically Handicapped Children - Bucharest Branch, the company supported the provision of holiday food packages for 165 families in need.

In the sphere of education, Genesis Property entered into a partnership with SOS Children's Villages, through which the Genesis Property Scholarships were established to support the education of 12 talented children and young people in 2023. And to make a difference where it is most needed, in December the company supports actions with social impact in various areas developed by NGOs or initiatives such as Maria Beatrice, Help Autism, MAME, Casa Bună, Blondie, Copacul cu Fapte Bune, La primul bebe, ALUZIVA, Magic, Motivation, Volens - Patrula de Reciclare or Bookland.
