The Globalworth company is in preliminary discussions with Banca Transilvania for the sale of building A in the Green Court office complex, in the north of Bucharest, the current Orange headquarters. This would be the first sale of Globalworth's local office portfolio ten years after its establishment. The Green Court complex consists of 3 office buildings built by the Swedes from Skanska in the period 2014-2016 and bought, one by one, by Globalworth.

The mobile phone operator Orange occupies about 77 percent of building A. Orange moved in 2014 and brought half of its employees here, i.e. 1,630 people. Market players say that at the end of this year, the operator's lease expires and that steps have already been initiated to move the headquarters to the Tandem office building owned by Forte Partners.
