Infinity Capital Investments cuts price of Dâmbovița Hotel in Târgoviște by 25%

Since the beginning of the year, Infinity Capital Investments has been auctioning the shares in Complex Hotelier Dâmbovița, the company that operates the hotel of the same name in Târgoviște. From RON 20 million in January, the price was reduced by 25 percent.

"Infinity Capital Investments SA will organize a new auction round on August 21, in order to sell through an open competitive auction 1,754,222 Complex Hotelier Dâmbovița SA shares, representing 99.9998 percent of the share capital, at the price of RON 15 million for the entire package of shares, in accordance with the provisions of the documents relating to the organization of the auction available on the Infinity Capital Investments website", sais the announcement delivered to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

In 2023, the hotel had a turnover of EUR 971,000, and the profit doubled, to EUR 164,000.
