KIDS&Co., a bilingual preschool with a nursery division, has opened its first outpost in Katowice. The brand chose the Silesia Star office building as the location. This is the fifth branch that KIDS&Co. has opened in a building from the Globalworth Poland portfolio.
The first KIDS&Co. outpost in Katowice has 420 sqm and four teaching rooms - two nursery and two kindergarten. The premises also have a separate entrance and a recreational area for the little ones. The kindergarten in Silesia Star is one of nearly thirty facilities operated by KIDS&Co. nationwide, including the fifth that operates in a building owned by Globalworth Poland. As a result of excellent cooperation with the owner and manager of the WTT building, KIDS&Co. decided to stay in the capital's most recognizable office building for the next few years and in August extended its lease.
KIDS&Co., like other tenants, values proven and well-connected locations that offer the possibility of satisfying business continuity. The company is also successfully operating in another office building from Globalworth's portfolio - Wrocław's West Link. As in the case of the lease at Warsaw Trade Tower, this lease has also been extended for additional years. The kindergarten leases 630 sqm in the aforementioned building and remains there for another seven years alongside its corporate partner NOKIA.

KIDS&Co. is one of the first networks of kindergartens and nurseries in Poland to introduce bilingual teaching. For 18 years, the network has been building proprietary educational programs that develop the social skills and emotional intelligence so necessary for their further development. Children are introduced to and learn English through the language immersion method. From the moment they begin their education at KIDS&Co. they are "immersed" in an English-speaking environment through the presence of an additional teacher who speaks the language. All-day contact with the foreign language makes them assimilate it in a natural way. The wards are taught coding, robotics and creative use of the latest technologies, among other things.
