The varnish and paint manufacturer Köber has purchased a 20,000 sqm plot of land in the industrial area of the municipality of Deva, which will be used, in the first phase, for the creation of a new regional logistics hub. Later, the fourth production center will be developed on this site, in addition to the other three in Neamț county. The company will thus create approximately 100 new jobs in Deva.

"The decision to invest in this area was a simple and quick one, the geographical position and the industrial tradition of this region being exceptional advantages", say the company's administrators.
The group is owned by businessman Aurel Köber together with his wife.
