Kruk purchased corporate receivables from UniCredit in Italy

Kruk Investimenti s.r.l., a subsidiary of Kruka, concluded an agreement with Unicredit SpA to purchase a portfolio of secured and unsecured corporate receivables with a total nominal value of approx. EUR 222 million (PLN 1 billion according to the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland of January 17, 2022), Kruk reported.

In December last year the company announced that Kruk Investimenti s.r.l. won a tender for the purchase of a portfolio of secured and unsecured corporate debts from Unicredit SpA with a nominal value of approx. EUR 222 million.

Kruk is the largest debt management company in Poland. The company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2011.
