Lemon Retail Park has officially opened

Lemon Retail Park developed by Synergy Construct, the newest shopping center in the area of Pipera, Voluntari, was officially opened on November 12, 2022. Lemon Retail Park is located at the intersection of the A3 highway with Strada Popasului in Voluntari. The shopping center covers an area of 7,700 sqm and includes leisure facilities, food courts and over 300 parking spaces.

Synergy Construct marks with this launch its first retail development as an owner, in the context of the strategic diversification of its portfolio of activities. In addition to its work as a general contractor, Synergy Construct is now successfully developing its own residential and commercial projects.
