LIVING completes the first phase of Park West residential development in Budapest
LIVING has completed the first phase of Park West residential development with 97% of its apartments already sold. There are 229 apartments in Park West 1 residential park, all with a BB energy efficiency rating. LIVING’s residential project hopes to appeal to those leading an active lifestyle and preferring vibrant city life and who appreciate a great location and outstanding accessibility, as well as smart solutions and community services offered by the residential park. Park West residential park is located in one of the fastest developing areas of Budapest, in the Ferdinánd quarter of the 13th District, at Szabolcs utca 15-25. Following the success of this development project, Park West 2 construction also started last year. It is scheduled for completion in the first half of 2023.
