LOGSTOR has increased occupied warehouse space in Diamond Business Park Gliwice

LOGSTOR, a global supplier and manufacturer of pre-insulated pipe systems min. for district heating, has increased the occupied warehouse space in the Diamond Business Park (DBP) logistics park in Gliwice to 7 thousand sqm. The Gliwice facility, which White Star Real Estate is developing with a total area of 55,000 sqm, has one of the best vacancy rates in the entire portfolio of the commercial real estate developer.

DBP Gliwice is a manufacturing, warehouse and office complex located in the Katowice Special Economic Zone (KSSE), Gliwice subzone, which is just a 10-minute drive northwest of the city center. The project, is located in the immediate vicinity of the E-40 international expressway, which connects Calais on the English Channel in France with Kazakhstan, and just 7 km from Kleszczów of the A4 highway. There is also a railroad station and the inland Port of Gliwice within 2 km of the park.

"The advantage of Diamond Business Park in Gliwice is certainly its location, but also its location in the Katowice Special Economic Zone and the investor-friendly attitude of the local authorities. This translates into tenant interest and very good vacancy rates in this facility," said Urszula Rasmussen, Head of Industrial Leasing at White Star Real Estate.

LOGSTOR pre-insulated pipes are used for district heating, system cooling, petrochemical and food industries.

"LOGSTOR is a long-time tenant of ours, who recently signaled to us that they would need to expand their space, from the 5,000 sqm they have leased so far, by at least another 2,000 sqm. As a result, we were able to prepare for the tenant's larger needs in a convenient part of the park, which was adjacent to the space they had previously used," Urszula Rasmussen added.

Diamond Business Park Gliwice consists of three halls with a total area of over 55,000 sqm. The A-class buildings house logistics and manufacturing operations. Outside, there are wide maneuvering areas and numerous parking spaces for tenants and their customers.

The agreement with LOGSTOR is another lease transaction at Diamond Business Park Gliwice in recent months. Earlier, FLYTRONIC and HT&L FITTING POLAND joined the ranks of tenants, while the existing tenant, Etisoft, extended its lease by another 1,400 sqm. In October last year, in turn, 2,000 sqm was leased to Metal Works Postęp.
