Luxoft opens development centre in Serbia

Switzerland-headquartered technology company Luxoft opened a development centre in Belgrade, where it aims to employ over 2,000 people by the end of 2023, according to the Serbian government. Currently, the company has more than 1,000 employees in Serbia.

The IT sector is the fastest growing in Serbia and will achieve over EUR 2.6 billion in exports this year, said prime minister Ana Brnabic in a press release.

Luxoft makes software solutions for the automotive, banking and telecommunications industries, and has more than 20,000 employees in 30 countries.
