M Core, one of the largest, privately held commercial property collectives, appoints Magdalena Kowalewska as the new Chief Operating Officer at LCP Properties, Poland.

With over twenty years of experience in the commercial real estate market, Magdalena joins the strategic growth team at LCP Properties Poland to oversee all investments in retail parks, modern SBU-type warehouse space and current and future development activities carried out by the company in the region. As well as management and development of the M PARK, M EMKA and M Multipark brands.

This comes at the same time that Krystian Modrzejewski has accepted a post as the Group Head of Expansion for Poland, where he will be responsible for realising the opportunity for land and asset acquisition in aid of portfolio growth.

The LCP portfolio is expanding at an exceptional rate across Poland — reaching 400,000 sqm across 90 retail and warehouse properties at an estimated value of €500 million at the beginning of 2023.

Both appointments are expected to accelerate this growth and be fundamental to the strategic goal for LCP to increase its portfolio in Poland to a value of over €1 billion.

Magdalena Kowalewska comments: “I am delighted to be joining M Core at this exciting time. The M Core collective is proving to be one of the fastest-growing commercial property collectives at the forefront of the industry. I am looking forward to helping realise the value of LCP across Poland with continued investment in business operations and acquisitions.”

James Fife, CEO of LCP Poland added: “It is exciting to see LCP expanding across the territory. Our recent acquisitions are already strengthening the presence of the M PARK, M EMKA and M Multipark brands across the region with further developments due to complete later this year. With the LCP Poland team strengthening I am proud to announce we are on track to reach such an ambitious €1 billion goal.”
