Marcin Klammer has been appointed as PRCH Managing Director

The Polish Council of Shopping Centres (PRCH) appointed Marcin Klammer as the Managing Director, the Council said. It will be co-responsible for the creation and implementation of the strategy and further development of PRCH.

“The shopping mall industry is undergoing a period of dynamic changes that require a clear vision and effective action. As the Management Board of the Polish Commercial Centres, we are convinced that Marcin Klammer’s extensive experience in the implementation of many very diverse projects and excellent knowledge of the industry will strengthen PRCH’s activities. At the same time, on behalf of myself and the Management Board, I would like to thank Krzysztof Poznański, who has conducted PRCH over the past 3 years during the pandemic, helped to reform and build a new strategy of the organization and increase its effectiveness," said Jan Dębski, President of PRCH.

Before becoming Managing Director of PRCH, Marcin Klammer managed a number of companies in the real estate, consulting and engineering sectors. He served as Chairman of the Board at HB Reavis, BNP Paribas Real Estate and Arcadis / EC Harris, where for many years he co-created the development and consulting and engineering market in Poland and Europe.

The Polish Council of Shopping Centres (PRCH) is a not-for-profit association, which brings together over 200 members operating in the trade and services industry.
