Medicover will open its seventh Krakow medical center in the Brain Park office complex. At the new address, in the investment carried out by Echo Investment, the center will occupy over 1,500 sqm surface.

Medicover runs medical centers, wide-range hospitals, pharmacies, fertility treatment clinics, dental centers, optical salons, mental health centers, as well as fitness clubs and gyms all over Poland. The new Medicover medical center, which will open in the Brain Park office complex in October 2023, will be the seventh Medicover center in the capital of Małopolska, and at the same time the largest and most modern center in the company's Krakow portfolio. On the area of ​​over 1,500 sqm patients will have access to advanced diagnostics as well as visits to doctors of numerous specialties.

"In Krakow, we see a growing demand for high-quality health and wellbeing services. Therefore, we want to consistently increase access to our offer and plan to inaugurate a large, modern center that will enrich our Małopolska portfolio and, consequently, increase the level of medical services in this region even more," comments Adriana Gniadek-Mikołajczyk, Regional Director for Matters Operational, Medicover in Poland.

At the intersection of Aleja Pokoju and ul. Fabryczna in Krakow, the construction of the Brain Park office complex is underway. The entire investment involves three 10-storey buildings with a two-level underground garage, with a total area of ​​nearly 43,000 sqm The patio will be a distinctive asset of the investment. There will be plenty of greenery, places to rest, integration and a zone for games and activities.

The investment is carried out in accordance with the new safe Echo Pure Office standard. The developer will install the RCI Active Pure air purification technology here, which deactivates PM pollution, viruses and fungi
and bacteria, including SARS CoV-2 virus in less than 1 minute. Its use will significantly improve the air quality in the entire building.
Completion of the first stage of the investment is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2022.
