Miele leases 2,000 sqm at VGP Park Brașov for expanded production

Brașov, 03.09.2024 – Miele Tehnica Brașov, a subsidiary of the renowned German appliance manufacturer Miele, has signed a lease for a 2,000-square-meter production hall at VGP Park Brașov. The new facility will be utilized for assembling motors and pumps for Miele appliances, with production set to commence in August.

The hall is located within a BREEAM Excellent certified building, emphasizing environmental sustainability. VGP Park Brașov, which spans approximately 360,000 square meters, continues to expand its infrastructure. Recent developments include the construction of an additional 13,813 square meters to Building B, complementing the 20,920 square meters already leased.

This expansion marks a significant growth for both Miele and VGP Park Brașov, reflecting the increasing demand for high-quality manufacturing space in the region.
