Mohammad Murad is developing a conference center near Sinaia

Businessman Mohammad Murad, one of the largest hotel owners in the country, plans to invest tens of millions of euros in tourism in a 700-seat conference center near Sinaia, a tourist resort in the Danube Delta, but also in the construction of holiday homes in seaside and mountain resorts.

"The year 2022 will be for us the year of major investments. On Prahova Valley, near Sinaia, we will build a large conference complex with 700 seats, a construction from scratch, an estimated investment of EUR 18-20 million. Such a mountain conference center is needed in the area. We are also waiting for approvals for a tourist complex in the Danube Delta, an investment of EUR 15-20 million, a complex for families, which will have a recreational area", said Mohammad Murad.
