NEPI Residential, the residential division of the NEPI Rockcastle group, the main investor and developer of shopping centers in Central and Eastern Europe, announces the sale of 20% of the Vulcan Residence project, located in the September 13 area, just three months from the start of construction.

"The construction works started in November, last year, are progressing according to the schedule, Vulcan Residence being, according to estimates, to be completed in the second half of 2023.

We are very pleased with the positive feedback with which the first residential project of the NEPI Rockcastle group was received by the general public. These reactions come as a recognition of the quality of the project, but also of the trust that NEPI Rockcastle enjoys as a developer. This trust has materialized and continues to materialize through a very good number of contracts signed in a short period of time, since its launch. At this rate, we expect the sale of the apartments to be completed before the completion of the construction of the complex.

With the increase of the tax ceiling with the VAT rate of 5%, up to the threshold of 140,000 euros, and in the context of the new skills generated by the pandemic, there is an increased interest of buyers, focusing on modern, comfortable, generous apartments in the vicinity. spaces of interest to them: shopping, parks, schools, high schools, kindergartens, public transport network. We also noticed an increase in customers' appetite for larger apartments, at the moment the 3 and 4 room units are on an upward trend," said Iulian Rusu, Head of NEPI Residential.

Vulcan Residence is a residential project that will be built in a single phase, GF + 12 floors, with 12 floors withdrawn, offering a number of 256 apartments (single and double studios, 2, 3 and 4 room apartments, as well as two-level penthouse units).

The complex is developed to the highest standards of sustainability and energy efficiency nZEB (nearly Zero-Energy Building), has a modern architecture and offers underground parking, covered or uncovered above ground parking, electric charging infrastructure for cars, bicycles / scooters, and bicycle shelters.
