NEXO Group invests EUR 10 million in a complex of villas in Pipera

NEXO Group will invest EUR 10 million in a complex of villas in Pipera, for which it received the building permit and which will comprise villas that will have prices between EUR 440,000 and 1 million.

Developed on an area of 5,000 sqm in Pipera-Voluntari (Matei Millo street), the NEXO Nature complex will include villas that will have integrated technologies such as ground-water heat pumps, ceiling cooling systems, photovoltaic systems, centralized ventilation systems and automation solutions and remote control from your phone.

"The first phase of the project includes 14 villas designed to offer very high energy efficiency, that is, it ensures the reduction of energy costs in any season to almost zero. We are talking about a complex of smart villas, which has in the vicinity modern facilities and complementary services for adults and children, including kindergartens, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds and tartan running tracks around the forest," said Sorin Lăpădatu, founder and CEO of NEXO Group.

According to him, the villas will have usable areas of up to 380 sqm and will be built on 1 or 2 floors, with 6 living rooms, 4 bathrooms, a living room with a height of 6 m, a terrace on the 1st floor, a courtyard with green space of up to 220 sqm and a private pool that can be heated in cold weather.
