Nhood Romania recorded RON 18.7 million turnover in the first six months of 2023

The New Immo Holding Group, the organisation that brings together the real estate activities of the Mulliez Family Association, announces increasing financial results for the first six months of 2023. In Romania, Nhood recorded a turnover of RON 18.7 million in the first half of this year.

The first half of 2023 was a difficult period for real estate and retail operators. However, New Immo Holding's indicators are encouraging, with shopping centre traffic up almost 5 percent compared to the first half of 2022.

At the same time, rental income in the first six months of 2023 in the company's managed premises recorded a positive rate of return of 2.6 percent, while the vacancy rate fell slightly to 6.0 percent from 6.3 percent at the end of 2022. As a result, rents increased 8 percent compared to the first half of 2022.
In Romania, Nhood Romania manages a portfolio of 20 Auchan shopping centres nationwide and is developing the Coresi neighbourhood urban regeneration project in Brasov.
