Noli Studios, a trailblazer in modern living that merges the comforts of home with the convenience of hotel services, is expanding its innovative concept to Gdansk. After a successful launch in Warsaw, the company is set to offer its flexible accommodation solutions in Gdansk, catering to both business travelers and long-term residents. This model, designed to foster community and sustainability, is particularly well-suited to Gdansk’s vibrant and evolving urban landscape.

The past few years have brought significant changes in work-life patterns, driven by the rise of remote work and the growing digital nomad community. Noli Studios addresses these shifts by offering living spaces that combine the warmth of home with hotel-style amenities. This hybrid approach is ideal for today’s dynamic lifestyles, providing a unique solution for those seeking comfort and flexibility in their living arrangements.

Marta Karteczka, Head of Operations Serviced Living at Noli Studios Poland, expressed enthusiasm about the expansion, stating, “Our goal is to provide a living experience that blends the best of both worlds—the comfort of home with the convenience of hotel services. Gdansk is the perfect place to introduce this concept, and we are excited to become part of this vibrant community.”

The decision to expand to Gdansk reflects Noli Studios’ strategy to strengthen its presence in Poland and establish itself in key markets. Gdansk, with its rich history, thriving business environment, and dynamic cultural scene, offers an ideal setting for this expansion. Following the initial success in Warsaw, Gdansk is a natural next step as Noli Studios continues to build its footprint across major Polish cities.

Noli Studios offers more than just a place to stay; it promotes a sense of community and social responsibility. Designed to combat the social isolation often experienced by those living alone, Noli Studios provides communal areas and opportunities for socializing. With a dedicated team of hosts available to assist residents, the atmosphere is friendly and safe, encouraging relationship-building and a sense of belonging. Guests can participate in events and enjoy amenities such as saunas, fitness centers, lounge areas, parking, and co-working spaces.

Sustainability is a core value at Noli Studios. The Gdansk projects will incorporate renewable energy sources and efficient resource management. The new locations will be equipped with photovoltaic panels, green electricity, and heat pumps, aiming for the highest environmental certifications, such as LEED and BREEAM. The flexible design allows for easy conversion of rooms, ensuring that the spaces can adapt to residents’ needs and changing circumstances.

Noli Studios also plans to engage with the local community in Gdansk by collaborating with partners who share its values. The company will blend the expertise of its Nordic central team with the local knowledge of its Polish team, working with local partners and service providers. For example, the design program developed by the Nordic team will be realized by local firms like Studio Illiard, a long-term partner in Poland.

As part of its commitment to local engagement, Noli Studios will collaborate with local suppliers and businesses, integrating with neighboring enterprises and using local services for laundry, cleaning, and floristry. This approach not only supports the local economy but also aims to attract international visitors, promoting Poland as a desirable destination.

The first Noli Studios in Gdansk is set to open in 2024, with additional locations to follow shortly thereafter.
