Ognian Bozarov is developing his first real estate project in Romania

The businessman Ognian Bozarov was authorized to build a residential district with over 350 apartments in the east of Bucharest, on the site of the former Enterprise of Radio and Television Cassettes.

The investor's plan foresees the construction of four blocks of 11 floors each, plus a technical floor, each with two underground levels for parking. Spaces for offices and a kindergarten are also planned within the complex. The construction cost of this complex reaches over EUR 20 million.

The Bulgarian investor is now analyzing several options for the capitalization of this project, including the sale and partnership with a real estate developer.
