P3 Logistic Parks, a prominent European investor, developer, and long-term owner of logistics real estate, has announced the appointment of Marek Jaskula as Leasing Manager for the Czech Republic. This strategic hire aims to enhance the company’s leasing operations across its extensive portfolio.
Jaskula, who previously worked as a real estate consultant at Cushman & Wakefield, brings a wealth of industry experience and a deep understanding of the industrial real estate market. His role at P3 will involve overseeing the leasing activities for the company’s 1.4 million square meters of logistics space in the Czech Republic.

During his nearly three-year tenure at Cushman & Wakefield, Jaskula specialized in the industrial sector, gaining expertise in market analysis, negotiation, and client relations. His background also includes a degree in Economics from the Technical University of Ostrava and experience with CzechInvest.
