P3 takes EUR 250 million from EBRD for new projects

P3 Group wants to take EUR 250 million financing from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The loan will be used to finance the acquisition, development and construction of ecologically certified logistics and industrial parks in Central and Eastern Europe, respectively in Romania, Poland, the Czech Republic, Serbia and Slovakia.

P3 signed leases for more than 98,500 sqm of logistics and office space in Romania last year. Of the total contracts, 88 percent represented requests from existing customers, who renewed their contracts (54,000 sqm) and expanded the area of leased premises (33,000 sqm). New customers represented 11 percent of the total transactions (11,500 sqm), while short-term contracts accumulated surfaces of 7,500 sqm.
