PPF starts construction of The Arc office project in the Orhideea area of Bucharest

PPF Real Estate announced the start of The Arc office project in the Orhideea area of the Capital, and Strabag was appointed general contractor. The ARC building will offer 30,000 sqm of premium office space, located near the Basarab metro station. Construction will be completed in 2026, according to the developer.

The Arc is the third office project announced in 2024 after the second phase of Timpuri Noi Square and One Technology District.

"To ensure the greatest efficiency and precision, we will use advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes throughout the project. This approach allows us to integrate data-driven decisions at every stage, ensuring that ARC not only meets but also exceeds the expectations of all stakeholders," said Johann Poelzl, civil engineering technical director at STRABAG Romania.
