Prima Development Group has started a residential project in Bucharest

The real estate developer Prima Development Group, controlled by Ștefan Kopany, has started a new residential project in the northern area of Bucharest, named PRIMA Vista. The complex will consist of 4 buildings with 10 floors each connected by buildings with a lower height regime. The first phase of the PRIMA Vista project will be completed in the spring of 2024.

Prima Development Group entered the real estate market in Bucharest in 2017, with the start of the Boemia Apartments project, fully sold, and completed the Core Timpuri Noi complex at the end of 2021. The company's portfolio includes the Boemia Apartments and Core Timpuri Noi projects in Bucharest and projects such as Prima Nufărul, Arena Residence, Panorama Apartments or Green Residence in Oradea.
