Since the beginning of November, Ralf Werner Hoffmann (56) has been the new managing director of ABG Development, the project development division of ABG Real Estate Group. He succeeds Tom Soreq, who is reorienting himself professionally. The architect (Dipl.-Ing. FH) has almost three decades of profound professional experience in the real estate industry. Most recently, Hoffmann worked for many years in the management of the well-known project developer FOM Real Estate from Heidelberg. At ABG, Hoffmann will primarily manage the implementation of projects in Frankfurt and in southern Germany and will also support the ABG team in North Rhine-Westphalia.

The ABG Real Estate Group, founded in Munich in 1967, can look back on more than 55 years of success. With its divisions ABG Development, ABG Immobilienmanagement and ABG Capital, it covers the entire real estate cycle from a single source, from project development and construction management to leasing, financing and investment management. ABG focuses on Germany, where it has its own offices in Hamburg, Frankfurt, Berlin, Cologne and Munich. With more than 80 employees, it projects and realizes mainly commercial real estate, but also residential properties and urban quarters. The current volume of assets under management is over 3.5 billion euros. References include well-known properties such as the Skyper high-rise in Frankfurt, the Ericus-Contor with the SPIEGEL publishing building in Hamburg, the Living Isar residential project in Munich or the VoltAir landmark and the Pariser Platz residential and commercial building in Berlin. Current ABG projects include the new Deutschlandhaus in Hamburg, the Landmark VoltAir in Berlin, the Yorcks in Düsseldorf, the Central Parx building ensemble in the center of Frankfurt, and other project developments in Munich and Cologne.
