Resi4Rent, the largest player in the institutional apartment rental market in Poland (PRS), has leased its investment, Krakow Bonarka, in 2 months and is launching another building on the Krakow market. The building, located just off Blonie Park, has 386 units. The first tenants have already selected their subscription apartments and are moving into their new premises.

For the first location of the facility in Krakow, Resi4Rent has chosen Przyjaźni Polsko-Węgierska Street in Duchacki Podgórze, near the Bonarka City Center shopping and entertainment center. The offer of subscription apartments meeting the needs of the market, the location in a developing area with rich business infrastructure, the proximity of a popular shopping facility, a nature reserve and excellent transport links to other parts of Krakow meant that the building was leased in just 2 months after obtaining the occupancy permit.

"The past months have proven that the subscription apartment is a service that is also very well appreciated by Cracovians, as evidenced by the record-breaking short time for full rental of the Kraków-Bonarka investment. Such high interest in the form of subscription housing shows that PRS projects are a solution with great potential, which meets the housing needs of residents of large cities and responds to current consumer needs. Institutional rental housing is also an opportunity to increase the supply of housing. The current housing gap in large agglomerations and low creditworthiness are the main factors prompting people to decide to rent an apartment rather than buy one," says Slawomir Imianowski, president of Resi4Rent.

"Among the advantages of institutional rental are the option of an apartment in a convenient location, transparent provisions in the contract, no commission, the standard and furnishings of the apartment, as well as high quality service by a dedicated team in each building. In addition, at Resi4Rent we focus not only on building facilities, but also on community - our residents can get together for various events such as planting a Peace Day tree or dressing a neighborhood Christmas tree. We do not hold castings for tenants, the premises are rented based on clear criteria of a financial nature only. We help young singles and families with children, single parents, foreigners, students or people with pets to settle in," adds S. Imianowski.

Following the first Krakow facility, Resi4Rent is setting its sights on another location, this time located on 3 Maja Avenue. It is located on the border of the Krowodrza district, which is Kraków's academic center, and Zwierzyniec - one of the most interesting and greenest areas of Kraków, which in terms of attractive facilities can boldly compete with the famous Old Town of Kraków. The area includes Kościuszko and Piłsudski Mounds, the Zoological Garden or Błonia, located right next to the project, which is Europe's only 48-hectare meadow located in the city center. Next to the Vistula boulevards and the Planty Park, they are a favorite place for Krakow residents to relax in nature, take a stroll or rest. Sports enthusiasts will enjoy the proximity of tennis courts, a skatepark, two sports stadiums, Jordan Park, which is one of the most popular places for family recreation in Cracow, or the Cracow Thermal Baths - the largest saunarium in the city, and art lovers - the close proximity of the National Museum, the Jagiellonian Library and Kijów Centrum Cinema. Another advantage of the location is excellent communication with the city through numerous bicycle paths and a well-developed streetcar and bus network, thanks to which you can reach the Market Square itself in just a few minutes. Right next to the investment there are also business centers and an extensive gastronomic offer with numerous cafes and restaurants. Such a location provides residents with the peace and quiet of an urban enclave and all the benefits of living in the center.
