River Development strengthens leadership with new appointments

River Development, the real estate company led by businessman Ion Rădulea, has bolstered its management team with key appointments. Ana-Maria Pascu has been named Leasing Manager after nearly 20 years with the company, where she previously served as an Economist overseeing client relations for the mixed-use Sema Parc project.

Additionally, Ion Rădulea recently appointed his wife, Oana Rădulea, to the executive management team of River Development, further strengthening the leadership of the company.

Known for his strategy of selling projects soon after completion and leasing, Rădulea has overseen significant deals, including the sale of two office buildings in Sema Parc to CA IMMO for EUR 90 million in 2006 and the sale of The Light One building to Uniqa Real Estate Management for over EUR 50 million. These moves highlight Rădulea’s expertise in developing and swiftly capitalizing on real estate investments.
