Rollit, a company owned by businessman Alexandru Gregor Leahu, is preparing to build a new factory in Otopeni, Romania. The facility will focus on producing spice mixes and ingredients for the meat industry.

Currently, Rollit Prodimpex operates from a site on the former IPRS Băneasa platform in Voluntari. Leahu’s new plan involves constructing a factory on a 4,500-square-meter plot in Otopeni. The development will include two main structures: a P+1 building for administrative offices and an employee accommodation area, and a separate ground-floor facility for food production and storage. The production area will have a free height of 6.5 meters.

The accommodation area will feature seven units, each equipped with a living room, kitchen, and social spaces. Around 30 people are expected to work at the new factory.
