Siemens Healthineers, a global leader in medical services and technology, is preparing to move its main Polish headquarters to the International Business Center (IBC) in 2025. The relocation follows a new agreement between Siemens Healthineers and Deka Immobilien, the building’s owner, and includes a lease extension of the current 1500 sq m of office space at the IBC. This agreement also ensures the continuation of operations for the Siemens Healthineers Academy, which has been based at the IBC since 2016.

The new office will be located at Polna Street in central Warsaw, a prime business area that offers excellent transportation links and modern facilities tailored for hybrid and remote work options. “Most of the company’s staff is now working in a hybrid mode, so leasing a smaller, open-plan office is a solution better suited to our needs,” said Emilia Tkacz, CFO of Siemens Healthineers Poland. The IBC will house Siemens Healthineers’ new flexible workspace that is designed to accommodate employees with disabilities.

“We have very high expectations from our previous cooperation, having rented space at the Siemens Healthineers Academy at IBC for several years,” added Tkacz. The office’s central location and proximity to public transportation are major advantages, ensuring smooth collaboration with Siemens Healthineers’ global network.

Savills, a real estate advisory firm, represented Deka Immobilien in the lease agreement and confirmed that Siemens Healthineers’ decision to remain at IBC underscores the property’s potential. “We are pleased to advise the property owner on the optimal use of the complex’s potential,” said Monika Wakulska, associate director of office space at Savills.

The IBC office complex, boasting over 36,000 sq m of A+ class office space, is located near Warsaw’s Pole Mokotowskie metro station and offers easy access to various city districts. Managed by Deka Immobilien, the IBC is recognized for its prime location and excellent working environment.
