SIF Banat-Crisana sales the land of the former Helitube factory in Colentina

SIF Banat-Crișana started to sign the sale contracts for the three parcels into which the former Helitube industrial platform in the Colentina neighborhood was divided. The first contract was signed with the German retailer Kaufland at a price of EUR 10.5 million, followed by Lidl and Hornbach, the value of the entire transaction to exceed EUR 38 million. The land consisting of the 3 plots has a total area of about 9 hectares.

Since October last year, SIF1 has obtained building permits for a Kaufland hypermarket, a Lidl store and a Hornbach shopping center, which are a condition for finalizing the land sale transaction.

In parallel, SIF1 also completes the sale of the land of the former Filan factory in the Pantelimon district at a price of EUR 13.7 million.
