Simtel Team purchase photovoltaic park in Salonta, Bihor county

Simtel Team, a Romanian engineering and technology company, bought Oasis Green Energy 3, which is developing a photovoltaic park in Salonta, Bihor county, reaching a portfolio of 6 such parks.

"The takeover of the project company from Salonta is part of Simtel's long-term development strategy of its own portfolio of photovoltaic parks in order to produce and sell electricity. This investment not only expands our production capacity and diversifies our energy portfolio, but also reflects our vision to play a key role in Romania's transition to a green economy," said Mihai Tudor, CEO and executive member of the Board of Directors of Feel the Team.

Thus, Simtel will take over a project that covers an area of approximately 70,000 sqm and has all the necessary authorizations to start its implementation already. Simtel estimates that the project will be fully completed in the next six months.
