The businessman Sorin Vișenescu initiated a real estate project with homes and offices, on a plot of land of over 3.1 hectares in Băneasa. An area of 1,400 sqm is to be expropriated from this land for the construction of the 1 Mai - Tokyo (Băneasa) - Otopeni subway. The amount of compensation for this land, located across the road from Băneasa Shopping City, was calculated at over RON 2.2 million.

The land adjoins the new Miro office complex, developed by Speedwell and bought by Hili Properties.

The new project provides for the construction of buildings with apartments and offices structured on two basements, ground floor and 6 above-ground floors. The value of the project can be estimated at over EUR 100 million.
