Real estate developer STC Partners has finalised the acquisition of a land in Pipera, the northern area of Bucharest. There, they will develop a new sustainable residential project: Quartier Pipera. The plot has a surface area over 1.6 hectares and will host over 450 new homes for the community.

Quartier Pipera will start construction in Q2 2026, with the completion of the new residential compound estimated for Q1 2029. The project will be developed in two phases. STC Partners recently purchased the land from medical player Medicover for over EUR 8 million.

„We are so delighted to add another Quartier to our portfolio after the high success of Quartier Azuga and Quartier Ferdinand in the market. Of course, this motivates us, seeing that clients are more and more available to invest in their quality of life, choosing sustainable developments. So we are taking further our vision, based on sustainable principles for high living standards,” stated Roxana Cristea, Partner & COO of STC Partners.

„Pipera is a very popular choice for families seeking quality education and a well-connected lifestyle, so we are glad to contribute to the area with a residential compound signed by STC Partners. We are currently drawing the concept of the new project, being in the PUZ process stage. We will accommodate double studios, 2, 3 and 4-room apartments, parking lots, storage spaces, gardens and lots of other benefits in 3 buildings. Of course, we will keep and even adapt chosen materials that will reflect the highest quality standards, as we have already accustomed our clients by now”, completes Adi Steiner, Partner & CEO, STC Partners.

Quartier Pipera residential compound will offer heat pumps for heat and hot water preparation, photovoltaic panels, playground for kids, green spaces, compound park area, underground parking, storage boxes, parking for electrical cars, highly thermo-insulated facades, roofs and windows, functional apartment layouts with storage capacity, above ground parking for retail spaces and visitors. The green spaces and urban gardens will cover 35% of the total land plot, from which natural deep green areas represent 25%, a gross area above ground of 42.000 sqm and an underground surface of 19.000 sqm.

STC Partners real estate developer estimates the total investment for Quartier Pipera will reach over EUR 65 million. The company is committed to setting new standards in the residential sector, combining modern living solutions with environmental responsibility.
