The Pavăl brothers increase their holding in Simtel to almost 8.2%

The engineering and technology company Simtel Team announced that Pavăl Holding, the investment vehicle of the brothers Adrian and Dragoș Pavăl from Dedeman, owns a stake of 8.157 percent of the company's total shares.

Simtel Team has been collaborating for over three years with Dedeman, the largest Romanian business by turnover, for which it built 31 photovoltaic power plants. The total capacity installed by the company on the roofs of the Dedeman logistics stores is 8.8 MWp, of which 2.8 MWp represent 7,467 photovoltaic panels.

The Simtel company has a market value of approximately RON 190 million.
